What we can offer at The Missing Sock….

You can choose to have your wedding ceremony with us, as we are fully licensed for registrar weddings, or just come to us for your after-party if you’re getting married elsewhere. We have a great outdoor area for summer ceremonies and for guests to wander and party afterwards. The Restaurant/Function room accommodates 70 bum placements, the adjacent connected coffee lounge a further 40 for formal dining. More if you are inviting sardines. For the more relaxed evening buffet and party our internal capacity is 150.

We have a great choice of international dishes for the wedding menu which can also be customised to suit your tastes and theme, or have vegetarian, vegan, allergen-free options. The origins of tMS are based on international cuisine of an interactive nature, we love world foods but have had some great traditional themes too. The Wedding Breakfast will be designed and delivered to meet your preferences and budget. Welcome drinks, canapes and evening guest dining options are numerous with the garden fire-pit and outdoor pizza oven, and we can arrange alternative food stalls if you’d like to add to that festival feel. Our garden marquee creates a fantastic alternative party space for bands, or have a karaoke on the outdoor London bus bar, whilst your pizza’s cooking.

The venue itself is a hidden gem, a maze of places to chill, chat or rave. Easy access to city and main routes, plenty of secure parking. The ethos of tMS is captured by the mural on the cocktail bar as you enter, echoed throughout the venue. We have spaces for all ages; our Snuggles Wisdom room is a tranquil hole for elders to relax and chat. For a family event the video room and an enclosed play area will keep the children occupied whilst the party goes on elsewhere. Singing at its best and worst on the karaoke double decker bus, sharing a vapour shisha pipe in the hookha tent, jigging to bands or a silent disco on the dance floors, toasting marshmallows on the firepit or just chilling in many of the hideaway places. Some great opportunities for wedding photos with a difference. Our entertainment options are many – just tell us what you want and we will do our best to deliver the day of your wedding dreams!

Although we are not a hotel, which helps our flexibility, we do have 3 ensuite garden rooms. Also 2 shepherd huts and a camping and caravan facility are available for guests.

Next day farewell breakfasts always work well for both us and the guests to reflect on the wonders of the day before.
