Set in the enchanting site of a former Methodist chapel – which dates back to 1752 – is a wonderfully diverse and flexible space for your day to unfold. Home to a host of art exhibitions, live music, and the Globe’s How The Light Gets In festival, the venue is split into three separate spaces perfect for any style or size of celebration!
The ceremony hall is comprised of the main space within the Globe. Boasting an inspiring double height ceiling and original pulpit, it is a beautifully intimate space with the ability to seat up to 60 guests to see you say ‘I do’ to that special someone!
Whether you’re looking for a smaller reception, or something more extravagant, the Globe has the ideal space for you. The Main Hall boasts ample room for formal or informal dining, and a spacious dancefloor! The Upper Gallery – which overlooks the Main Hall – is perfect for something a little more understated. Meanwhile, the Lower Gallery is ideal for any couples looking to party the night away.
The excellent in-house chefs at the Globe will be able to prepare a delicious menu of food for your wedding breakfast. From barbecues to banquets, whatever your budget, you’re sure for a mouth-watering spread of food!
