The building was extensively renovated to restore the interior to its original splendor. Developed by the McCormick family in 1915 and adorned with remarkable Portuguese Gothic Terracotta , the Roanoke building boasts tall arches and ornamental columns adding to the richness of this beautiful space. Your guests will be dazzled by the bustle of all the city has to offer restaurant and second floor spaces capture the glorious Chicago city scape. The restaurant and 2nd floor have a variety spaces to accommodate groups of all sizes. Whether you are in the need of a space to have a small meeting and lunch or a cocktail reception to host a large group, we have the space for you. The Roanoke club is located on the 2nd floor. . There are several options from you to choose for your event, such as semi – private spaces and private rooms. The tall ceilings and arches set the tone for a grand gala for up to 150 people. Guests can enjoy cocktails in our sophisticated lounge area with a marble top bar overlooking the bustling city below. The Wells room, a private board room for you and twenty guests, is perfect location for your meeting, luncheon or dinner. The Madison room is ideal private space to host your next reception for you to 100 people. The semi-private lounge can host up to 300 guests.
