The Wedding Coordination Team has over 15 years of experience to be able to provide you with best assistance possible. Facilities and capacity The Riley Room holds up to 60 guests and offers original art pieces by Harold Riley. The Mere Suite accommodates up 120 of your friends and family and has a veranda and lake views. The George Duncan Suite has a capacity for 120 people, perfect for intimate celebrations. The James Braid Suite is great for larger parties of up to 550 guests and offers a private outdoor garden and lake views. Other room features can include an area for a dance floor and a private bar, entrance and bathroom facilities. Services offered Wedding packages are available for all of the hotel’s suites. All packages include a reception red carpet, master of ceremonies, colour coordinated linens and napkins, flowers on all tables in a colour of your choosing, silver cake stand, and knife use and entertainment advice and theming upon request. A member of the wedding coordination team will help you make all of these decisions.
