BRAND NEW!!! Cottonwood at Frith Farm Barn Venue is an elegant white barn venue that is located in the Paris, Texas countryside. This property boasts 85 acres of gorgeous, natural landscape as well as a 7,500-square-foot barn. In the background, couples and their guests can admire picturesque hardwoods and enjoy the serenity of the lake from the barn balcony. Conveniently, overnight accommodation is just 4 miles down the road and Dallas is only a short hour and a half drive. Facilities and Capacity The venue provides separate bridemaids and bridal suite upstairs as well as downstairs groomsmen quarters. In addition to the interior 35 foot bar, there are also two small bars outside that can be added. The entire barn is climate controlled, meaning that events can take place comfortably at any time of the year. Should guests choose to spend their time outdoors, they can admire the 6-acre lake that is overlooked by the barn’s adjoining balcony or enjoy the new whiskey/cigar bar, The Otis with outdoor games. Couples will be able to invite over 350 loved ones to share in their nuptials with a half acre parking lot. To preserve couples’ precious memories, pictures may be captured all around the estate, taking full advantage of the farm’s acreage. Services Offered We are 150 crossback chairs and 15 farmhouse tables with venue rental, and the option to rent an additioanl 150 charis and 10 tables. Brides have a choice from two of our arches and wedding pews for their outdoor ceremonies as well as a variety of different pieces of furniture to choose from. At Cottonwood, brides are not limited to one place to have their ceremony, but rather what their imagination can provide. Each bride has the day for bridals at the venue as well as an hour for rehearsals before the main event.
