About Willington Lodge
Willington Lodge is located on the borders of Shropshire, Cheshire and North Wales nestled in stunning countryside overlooking the Welsh Mountains. Home to the Morris family this is the perfect warm and friendly venue for your wedding day. The Grade II listed country house has been lovingly restored with the spirit of Georgian Architecture maintaining some of it’s incredible original features. The house now offers luxury guest rooms for up to 19 guests as a boutique hotel. At Willington Lodge we consider all guests to be part of the family for the duration of their stay.
This beautiful venue offers a truly unique setting for your wedding day. You can explore the formal walled gardens, ponds, beautiful fields and even our stables to get some incredible wedding photos you can treasure forever.
The country location is a perfect setting for a wedding, and the large gardens allows for the option of a marquee or tipi wedding. A marquee or tipi can accommodate up to 100 guests, and there is an option of adding additional space for up to 250 guests if required. Now with a civil ceremony licence you can get married and celebrate all together in this incredible location.
From the very moment you book with us we will work with you to create your perfect bespoke wedding, nothing is too much trouble! We will take care of you from our first contact right through to the big day itself.
