Licensed for Civil Weddings, you can take your vows here at The Old Swan in the perfect atmosphere for your party, have an unforgettable reception in the Grand Ballroom or more intimate day in the Rose Lounge or elegant Red Lounge which cater for up to 70. Our glass-ceilinged Wedgwood Restaurant can accommodate up to 200 guests and larger weddings for up to 300 are catered for in the Garden Room.
Garden Weddings
At The Old Swan we can offer one of the only outdoor wedding venues in Yorkshire – a beautiful Wedding Pavilion in which to make your commitment to each other, surrounded by family and friends.
Set in the hotel’s private gardens, the Pavilion will accommodate you both, your witnesses, and the Registrar with guests able to watch your marriage ceremony seated on sashed chairs on the lawn. Then your wedding party can make its way back to your reception and wedding breakfast in one of our Reception rooms.
