Located two miles from the Weymouth Harbour is an enchanting location for a stunning wedding ceremony. Home to National and International Collections of water lilies, a Monet-style Japanese Bridge, Tropical House, woodland walks, and a museum, you and your guests will enjoy the sweet serenity of such a stunning location. Facilities and capacity Make a grand entrance to the Imperial Gazebo by crossing over the Monet-style Japanese Bridge, with the sweet fragrance of lilies from the lily pads in the pond. Invite up to 80 guests to witness this beautiful ceremony. The conservatory is also perfect for civil ceremonies for up to 60 guests to attend. It holds a lovely view of the water lilies and gazebo and ivory pleats lining the roof. The Tropical House is perfect for those small, private, and intimate ceremonies that allows 30 of your closest friends and relatives to witness your special day. It holds beautiful tropical plants, with the calming and relaxing sound of a trickling waterfall. Take advantage of holding your reception on a beautiful lakeside setting situated among the romantic gardens. The marquee is available for hire on Saturdays and can hold between 150 and 300 friends and family. Cafe Monet is a great place for a reception, and offers drink packages, canapes and champagne strawberry tea. Services offered Bennett’s Water Gardens offers three civil ceremony venues that are licensed. Venue hire includes access to the Imperial Gazebo and gardens for lovely photos. Choose a banquet style dinner reception, or a buffet style. All menus are catered to what you prefer. A toastmaster is also available to help move things in a timely manner. And for those romantic strolls through the garden at dusk, floodlights will lead the way through the gardens and the gazebo, creating an evening of enchantment.
