A gorgeous, traditional country house just a stone’s throw from Lincoln, welcome to Washingborough Hall Hotel. A Grade II listed, Georgian manor house set in three acres of mature, sweeping gardens, it is truly a one-of-a-kind wedding venue. An award winning hotel – including ‘Best Wedding Hotel 2018/19’ – nobody forgets a wedding at Washingborough in a hurry!

The crown in the Lincolnshire village of Washingborough, the hotel boasts its own private entrance into the delightful church! Ideal for your ceremony, it is a wonderfully intimate setting to say ‘I do’ to that special someone. Alternatively if you prefer a civil ceremony, there are also 3 rooms which are licensed within the hall itself.

With a history dating back over 250 years, Washingborough Hall has been lovingly restored and maintained by its current owners – Lucy and Edward, who purchased the hall back in 2008. With the addition of the Winston Orangery in 2015 and 6 further bedrooms in the adjoining Church House in 2017, it really has become the most gorgeous home / setting for your wedding day.

Accommodating up to 110 guests in the day and 150 guests in the evening, the fabulously-appointed Winston Room is a stunning, orangery-style room perfect for both your wedding breakfast and evening reception. Light-flooded with expansive windows, the Winston Room allows your party to spill out into the manicured grounds for a drinks reception and – of course – your wedding photos! The Winston Room also connects with the Dining Room. There is also another room called the Sibthorpe Room which can be used for smaller weddings and breakfast the following morning.

With the help of Washingborough Hall’s very own Director of Romance – Amy or the Hall’s owner – Lucy, nothing is left to chance in planning your special day, their attention to detail is second to none. From delicious menu options to delicate décor, the hotel’s team will ensure that your wedding day is everything you dreamed it to be!
