Kinross House Estate

Set within 100 acres of private grounds, overlooking beautiful Loch Leven, Kinross House Estate is perfect for a lavish Scottish wedding in a picturesque setting. When you get married at the historic venue, the team will create a bespoke package especially for you. Kinross House and the charming Coach House are available for weddings, with the option to hire both, giving you exclusive use of the whole estate.   There is the capacity for up to 70 guests or for a larger celebration the grounds can accommodate a marquee for up to 450 people. The venue is fully licensed for ceremonies, giving you the opportunity to marry within the main house, the Coach House or you can make the most of the scenic views, with an outdoor ceremony. Alternatively, there are also a number of pretty churches close to the estate. There are 24 bedrooms available onsite, which are included in the exclusive hire option. You can start the celebrations early with a delicious dinner the night before the wedding. The team can provide an informal buffet, a relaxed barbeque, or a sit-down dinner within the main dining room. When planning your wedding at Kinross House, the experienced team will be available to offer help and advice and during the celebrations the house staff will be on hand to look after your guests! The estate is ideally located, just 40 minutes from Edinburgh and St Andrews, making it ideal for travelling guests.
