About White Swan Hotel
The White Swan has a stunning back drop for your wedding day. Set in the heart of the historic market town of Alnwick, this charming 300 year old Coaching Inn blends its unique heritage with superb accommodation and venue.
With its original panelling, ceiling, staircase & revolving front door taken from the RMS Olympic ,sister ship to the RMS Titanic it provides endless photography opportunities, creating lasting memories that will be as special as the day itself.
The Olympic which is licensed for Civil Ceremonies, can cater for your wedding breakfast for up to 100 guests and up to 160 for your evening function making it the perfect venue for every occasion .
The Castle Suite has the benefit of lots of natural light. Combined with the room’s Intimate ambience, it is ideal for a smaller less formal wedding celebration for up to 35 guests.
Whatever the size of your big day, we will work with you to find the perfect package, from a small canapé reception to our comprehensive wedding package which includes a complimentary bridal suite, discounted accommodation for your guests, a master of ceremonies and more importantly, your own dedicated wedding co-ordinator.
Our wedding team will be delighted to discuss every aspect of your wedding reception & offer advice or help to arrange any extra requirements you have to make it a perfect day.
And we promise your wedding will be the centre of attention for us because we host only one wedding per day.
Our exciting 2019 “Complete Package” Wedding offer which is inclusive of ceremony room, 3 course wedding breakfast, drinks package and disco with DJ to name but a few. We also work with carefully selected suppliers who can provide the likes of stationary, cakes & music to help with the special finishing touches to your special day.
