The entire design of the interior is inspired by New York City’s past, transporting all who enter into a replica of a glamorous and historical time period. Facility and Capacity This venue has three uniquely themed rooms that are available to rent. The first is The Lounge, a 2,500-square-foot room with vintage furniture and expansive windows. During the day, natural light floods the space, providing an ethereal glow to any event. At night, there is a beautiful view of the city that creates a romantic backdrop for photos and intimate moments. This space is also home to a bar, a full kitchen, a speaker system, and two bathrooms. In total, The Louge is able to hold 125 guests. The Parlor Room presents an amazing spot for fun and games. There is a smart TV, a bar area, and a poker table. Should an event call for it, the poker table has the ability to be transformed into a dining area for a small group. The Rose Room is a space that provides refuge for parties who are getting ready before an event. It is completely private and holds a minibar and velvet furniture for resting. Services Offered 38Parlor is proud to offer a range of services that help to make any event a success. These solutions include setup and cleanup as well as the flexibility to host outside vendors at the property. They offer a selection of on-site bar services such as signature drinks, an open bar, and trained bartenders. Location This premium venue has been a destination for big names such as NBC, Netflix, and Louis Vuitton. It’s located right off of West 39th Street, across from Bryant Park.
