The front of the property is edged with an amazing brick fence and wrought-iron gates that allow for privacy and exclusivity. Facilities and CapacityThe Ridge is a four-bedroom, six-bathroom estate that comes with conference and event spaces. It is best utilized for smaller events, offering a Great Room that seats up to 40 people and boasts stunning vaulted woodwork, a cozy fireplace, and a drink area. The elegant Dining Room can seat 8-12 people for an intimate dinner and also features French doors that open up to a patio that overlooks the valley below. The patio can seat up to 75 guests, and the beautiful front lawn and balcony can accommodate additional seating for an outdoor ceremony. The Gathering Room can be set up for 20 guests for dining, providing an excellent area for a pre-function space. Rooms can be used in combination in order to seat a total of 85 guests indoors. A well-equipped kitchen is also provided for your caterer to prepare meals. There are two relaxing lounge areas as well as comfortable and elegant rooms that allow you to wake up to beautiful views. The Master Suite is considered the center showpiece of The Ridge, boasting a pedestal king bed, a private office area, a large shower with steam mist, a jet spa, and a spacious double sink bathroom. HistoryThis beautiful estate was built in the 1980s as a single family home before being acquired by Oakridge in 2017. They bought the charming property with the vision of offering private events and faith-based conferences.
