Abbazia di Santo Spirito

The millennia-old Abbazia di Santo Spirito is a prestigious location in Comignago, Italy, offering a truly enchanting setting for your wedding. With an on-site consecrated private chapel, this venue features magnificent spaces, a sprawling and meticulously maintained park, grand vaulted salons with brick ceilings, stone porticoes, and an ancient church—all coming together to create an exclusive event atmosphere.

The area reserved for receptions includes splendid salons, beautiful gardens, an immense park, spacious porticoes, and an ancient courtyard. The main Reception Room can comfortably seat up to 150 guests in a single, harmonious space with vaulted ceilings, large windows, and reproductions of the ancient coats of arms of the Cardinals who historically oversaw the Abbey. Adjacent to the main hall is a second salon, ideal for dancing or for accommodating up to forty additional guests for larger banquets. Surrounding the salons is an old portico and courtyard, perfect for outdoor buffets or lunches.

The Private Church, a Romanesque chapel dating back to 1282 and still consecrated, can seat approximately 120 guests and is available for ceremonies any day of the week. The expansive landscaped park, adorned with blooming gardens, is also suitable for official civil ceremonies, which can be relocated to the Villa Giannone salon in case of bad weather. An experienced Organisational Secretariat, included as part of the villa's services, provides over twenty years of expertise to support wedding planning. The venue also hosts gala dinners, working lunches, meetings, and photographic services.
