Aberglasney Gardens is nestled in the picturesque Tywi Valley of Carmarthenshire, just 4 miles from Llandeilo and 12 miles from Carmarthen. At its heart stands a historic Mansion House, surrounded by 10 acres of beautifully manicured gardens. The estate has a rich history spanning more than 500 years, having once been home to poets, bishops, and high sheriffs.
Aberglasney Gardens is considered to be one of Wales' most romantic wedding venues. Couples can hold ceremonies and drinks receptions within the elegantly restored Mansion House, while marquee receptions cater for up to 300 guests, making it suitable for both intimate celebrations and larger gatherings. The gardens offer a wonderful setting for wedding photographs.
You are welcome to select your own caterers for your celebration, or the venue can recommend trusted professionals who can craft bespoke menus with dishes of the highest quality. There are no restrictions regarding catering or suppliers, giving you complete flexibility. Accommodation is available in two 5* (Visit Wales graded) cottages, each sleeping four people and providing a tranquil retreat in the peaceful gardens.
Aberglasney also hosts a range of other events, including award ceremonies, christenings, Bar Mitzvahs, and corporate events.
