Africana Famous Club

Africana Famous Club, located in Praiano on the Amalfi Coast, offers a spectacular setting carved into natural rock with a large terrace overlooking the sea. The venue boasts three unique entrances: a romantic seaside path from the Marina di Praia beach just 500 metres away, private boat access via its own pontoon, and a road entrance with parking for about thirty cars. The expansive 800 sqm space accommodates up to 200 guests for large receptions and can be adapted to create intimate areas for smaller gatherings.

Weddings, meetings, parties, welcome dinners and after-wedding celebrations are all hosted here, with careful attention to detail ensured by the professional staff, who are always dressed in crisp white linen. The in-house kitchen features high-quality ingredients and skilfully reimagines traditional culinary artistry. Civil ceremonies have been possible on site since 2018, either outside on the smaller terrace by the sea or inside the majestic rock chamber.

Celebrations often begin with the couple’s romantic arrival by sea, greeted with an appetising aperitif of seafood delicacies and finger food, followed by a seated banquet. Dancing can continue until dawn, with flexible opening hours allowing for celebrations long into the night. Africana has hosted a glittering array of past guests, including F. Sinatra, J. Kennedy, G. Vidal and R. Nureyev.
