Agriturismo Masseria La Chiusa

Agriturismo Masseria La Chiusa is set within a building dating back to between the 1400s and 1500s, offering a truly atmospheric setting for wedding celebrations in evocative spaces steeped in history. Located in San Giuseppe Jato, the masseria is a splendid example of rural architecture and, despite a restoration in 1740, still bears witness to centuries of heritage. The venue features a spacious banquet hall, the Sala delle Botti, notable for its ancient trusses and columns. There is also a frescoed chapel within the Baglio, where wedding ceremonies can be held.

Guests can take advantage of the various spaces provided for organising their wedding event, with a culinary team preparing delicious menus rooted in the traditions of western Sicily. The chefs use ingredients sourced either from the estate’s own organic crops, which cover over 130 hectares, or trusted local suppliers. During the celebration, attentive staff ensure seamless table settings and excellent service throughout the banquet.

Accommodation is available on-site, with options including double and triple rooms as well as apartments featuring kitchenettes and sitting rooms. Additional larger apartments, surrounded by greenery, are located in a separate building. Masseria La Chiusa also hosts exhibitions, conferences, professional events, and tasting days throughout the year.
