Alcumlow Wedding Barn

Alcumlow Wedding Barn, shortlisted for the 'Best Barn Wedding Venue' in the UK Wedding Awards 2019, is set in the heart of the beautiful Cheshire countryside. This rustic venue is ideal for couples seeking a unique and relaxed celebration. Fully licensed, you can exchange vows beneath fairy lights in the distinctive Wedding Barn, or choose an outdoor ceremony under the Summer sky in the White House—a chapel-like structure with suspended windows and flower-filled boxes. Traditional country churches are also within easy reach for religious ceremonies, with the barn awaiting your arrival for the wedding breakfast and reception.

Blending luxury with rural charm, the barn offers various seating options including classic tables, high stools and tables, and traditional hay bales. State-of-the-art sound and lighting ensure lively entertainment without overwhelming conversation areas. The quirky indoor bar and outdoor barrel bar serve a wide range of drinks at pub prices, while expansive grounds with views across rolling countryside and Mow Cop Castle ruins offer memorable photo opportunities.

Extras include a newly added Bridal Dressing Room for use throughout the day, and two catering menus ranging from traditional three-course meals to pizzas fresh from the outdoor oven in the courtyard garden—a Spanish-inspired space perfect for alfresco dining. Quality accommodation is available nearby, with three accredited options and a complimentary minibus service, plus recommended local hotels and B&Bs. The entire venue is available for exclusive use, providing an inviting and personal atmosphere for your special day.
