Kinross House is a magnificent stately home designed by the celebrated architect Sir William Bruce in 1685, widely regarded as his greatest masterpiece. The moment you arrive, you'll be captivated by its original features and fabulous formal reception rooms, which flow seamlessly together and offer stunning views across the beautiful gardens, Loch Leven national nature reserve and distant hills.
The house itself accommodates up to 60 guests, whilst the spectacular formal gardens provide ample space for marquee weddings hosting up to 350 people. The estate offers 24 double bedrooms in total—14 within Kinross House and a further 10 in the charming Coach House.
The Coach House also features a small boutique day spa, complete with treatment rooms, hydrotherapy pool, sauna and relaxation areas for your guests to enjoy. The estate's location is wonderfully convenient, with Edinburgh and St Andrews within easy driving distance for sightseeing and cultural pursuits.
The house is fully accessible once inside, with a lift and disabled-access friendly bedroom available. Please note that due to the historic nature of the building, there are steps at the main entrance which are not wheelchair accessible.
