Mapperton is a stunning country house wedding venue nestled in the rolling hills of West Dorset, near Beaminster. Voted the UK's finest manor house by Country Life magazine, this family home of the Earl and Countess of Sandwich offers an exclusive and romantic setting for weddings.

The venue features several distinctive spaces. Exchange vows in the elegant Garden Pavilion, then enjoy champagne outside the majestic Orangery with views across the formal gardens and countryside. Your wedding breakfast takes place in the recently renovated Coach House, built in 1670, which accommodates up to 120 seated guests. The Coach House retains historic features including exposed stonework, original ceiling trusses and cross-beams, whilst offering modern amenities such as professional sound and lighting systems. A licensed bar occupies a separate room alongside the main entertaining space.

The sprawling grounds are yours exclusively for the day. Tree-lined paths wind through formal topiary and wild gardens, past secret archways and a pond, with the scent of roses and lavender throughout. The main lawn can accommodate a marquee for up to 400 guests. Mapperton is available for a limited number of days each year.
