Ormesby Hall is a remarkable 17th Century Palladian mansion nestled within the picturesque Teesside landscape. Renowned for its beautifully ornate Neo-classical plasterwork and finely carved features, the hall showcases exceptional craftsmanship and is lovingly maintained by the National Trust. With exclusive use of the property, couples can celebrate both their ceremony and banquet on site, drawing on a selection of trusted suppliers to help curate an unforgettable occasion.
The entrance hall is licensed for civil ceremonies and can accommodate up to 80 guests, offering an elegant backdrop for your vows. For receptions, the Ormesby marquee, set on the house grounds, seats up to 150 guests and is surrounded by 200 acres of well-tended lawns and grounds—perfect for stunning wedding photographs.
As part of your celebration, you will have full use of the house and grounds, including the entrance hall for your ceremony or civil partnership, and two hours’ access to the grounds for your wedding party after the ceremony. The bride and groom also have exclusive access to the house for photographs. The entrance hall’s décor and preparation, including a selection of chair and sash colours, ensure a personalised and memorable event.
