Sandburn Hall

Sandburn Hall is a striking wedding venue set on the outskirts of historic York, offering a truly memorable setting for your special day. The venue prides itself on personal service, a beautiful oak-framed Grand Function Hall, and exceptional cuisine designed to give every couple a unique experience.

From your first enquiry, you will be supported by a dedicated and experienced wedding planner, ensuring that every detail—both large and small—is taken care of. With exclusive use of the venue, your wedding will be the sole focus of the team, who are committed to making sure your day runs smoothly and meets all your expectations.

The Grand Function Hall is licensed for civil ceremonies and features outstanding views of the fountain, lakes, and the surrounding golf course. It can accommodate between 80 and 150 guests for your wedding breakfast, with space for up to 200 in the evening. For more intimate occasions, the Sanderson Room hosts 30 to 60 day guests and up to 80 for the evening.

Sandburn Hall’s White Rose Garden, unveiled in 2017, provides a romantic outdoor option for ceremonies, especially in summer. To complete your celebration, the Head Chef will work with you to craft your perfect wedding breakfast menu, and you are invited for a tasting at the Tyke restaurant ahead of your big day.
