Head Chef Marco Giuseppe Tedde, with over 20 years’ experience at the venue, is renowned for creating some of Manchester’s best cuisine. Couples can select bespoke menus or choose a traditional wedding menu featuring a starter of your choice, main course, dessert, and finishing with tea and coffee.
