The Lounge, with its antique furnishings, plush Knole sofas, oil paintings, and a fireplace, creates a cosy and romantic atmosphere for up to 30 guests. The Library, overlooking the walled garden through a beautiful Oriel window, welcomes intimate ceremonies for up to 18. For celebrations, the Barons Dining Room accommodates 24 for a sit-down meal, The Tudor Hall up to 75, and evening receptions for up to 120. Grounds can also host a marquee for up to 100. Only one wedding per day is hosted, with the option for full exclusivity of the castle or its North Wing.

The acclaimed kitchen offers a modern British menu crafted from locally sourced, seasonal produce, much grown in the castle's own kitchen garden and vineyard. Several set wedding menus are available, or the Head Chef can create a bespoke menu. The castle features 26 luxurious bedchambers, including the Duke’s Bedchamber, once enjoyed by Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn, and the Woodstock with its arrow slit windows and secret bathroom, offering a stay of the highest exclusivity and comfort.
