Washingborough Hall is a Grade II listed Georgian manor house set in three acres of mature gardens, just outside Lincoln in the charming village of Washingborough. This award-winning hotel, recognised as 'Best Wedding Hotel 2018/19', has been lovingly restored and maintained since 2008. With over 250 years of history, the hall seamlessly blends period character with modern comfort.
The venue offers flexible ceremony options, including a private entrance into the village church or three licensed rooms within the hall itself for civil ceremonies. The stunning Winston Room, added in 2015, is an orangery-style space flooded with light and expansive windows, perfect for wedding breakfasts and evening receptions. The adjoining Dining Room and Sibthorpe Room provide additional flexibility for smaller celebrations.
Accommodating up to 110 guests for daytime events and 150 in the evening, the manicured grounds provide an idyllic backdrop for drinks receptions and photographs. The team, including the Director of Romance and owner Lucy, are devoted to meticulous planning. Comfortable accommodation is available for guests, with six additional bedrooms added in the Church House during 2017.
