Beaconside House

Beaconside Country House Estate is set in the heart of North Devon, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and complete exclusivity for your wedding weekend. Choose from an 'All Inclusive' package to make your big day as stress-free as possible, or opt for the 'Create Your Own' package if you’d like to tailor every detail. Beaconside is licensed to host civil ceremonies at the beautiful Sun Dial, within the relaxed Walled Gardens, or inside the stunning Glasshouse, giving you the freedom to design your perfect celebration with as much or as little help as you wish from dedicated wedding co-ordinators.

After your ceremony, enjoy welcome drinks and canapés on the landscaped lawn and take advantage of the grounds as a backdrop for your wedding photographs. The Beacon, purpose-built in 2018, seats up to 150 guests for the wedding breakfast and can accommodate 200 partygoers in the evening. For All Inclusive weddings, award-winning caterers serve food styles ranging from traditional three courses to afternoon teas or sharing mezze platters. 'Create Your Own' allows you to bring in your chosen caterers to the Beacon’s modern commercial kitchen. The fully licensed and staffed bar stays open until 1am, and the open-plan space welcomes any band or DJ.

Beaconside provides self-catering accommodation for up to 50 guests across five properties, with exclusive use maintained throughout your stay. The estate spans 14 acres of woodland, offering private fishing, two hot tubs, and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools for guests to enjoy.
