About Go Ape Peebles Why not celebrate saying ‘I do’ in a completely original way?
Go Ape Peebles offers a truly one-of-a-kind setting for couples seeking a wedding day filled with excitement and unforgettable memories. Located just an hour outside Edinburgh in the stunning Glentress Forest, this venue provides a magical backdrop of enchanting woodlands and abundant wildlife for your celebrations. After exchanging vows, newlyweds can mark the occasion in unique style by zipping down the thrilling 325-metre wire together—an experience guaranteed to delight adventurous spirits.
The high-ropes course, which takes two to three hours to complete, features a mixture of wires, crossings, and climbs, ensuring you and your guests enjoy an exhilarating celebration before relaxing at your reception. Be sure to bring a spare pair of shoes, and remember that open-toed footwear is not permitted on the course.
Beyond the adrenaline rush, Go Ape Glentress Forest offers breath-taking scenery with the iconic Tweed Valley as your picturesque backdrop. It's an ideal spot for wedding photos you will cherish for years to come, and a venue that promises a relaxed yet extraordinary celebration only an hour from Edinburgh, with strong transport links for travelling guests.
